What is technology education?
 
It is the study of the application of knowledge and resources for the purpose of meeting current and future human needs.  Instruction includes the integration of all academic disciplines through authentic learning that promotes critical thinking and problem solving in a hands-on cooperative learning environment.  These experiences will empower the students to make responsible decisions as both consumers and functional members of the global society.
