Hello everyone and welcome to my page. I am Mr. Clancy and this is the start of my 11th year here at Genesee Valley Central School and my 13th year of teaching overall. I am excited to start the 2019-2020 school year with the great students here at GV. My area of teaching is high school health and middle and high school physical education. I will teach the boys 7th and 8th grade PE, a couple sections of 9th-10th PE, middle school health, high school health, and will be offering a lifeguarding class during the second half of the school year if there is an intrest. If interested in doing the lifeguarding class please let Mrs. Preston know so that we can get it scheduled for the second semester.

I am the varsity swim coach during the winter season and I will continue to help out with our track and field program in the spring as the modified coach. In the past I have coached the boys modified (6 years), boys JV(1 year), and boys varsity (2 years) soccer teams. 

I received my Health and Physical Education Degree with a minor in coaching from Lock Haven University of PA. While at Lock Haven I was a 4 year member of the Track and Field team competing in the Multi events (pentathlon/decathlon). I received my Masters degree in Educational Technology from the American College of Education.
