Steve Presutti
As a graduate of the Belmont Central School Class of 1973, Steve retired from his position of Real Property Tax Director for Allegany County.
He also served as an abstractor and mapper for the county. His was previously employed as an abstractor for Monroe Abstract Company. He earned his Associate’s Degree at Genesee Community College. He has coached several sports at different levels and has been a high school basketball official for 20 years.
Steve has also served as the Village of Belmont Justice for 35 years and the Town of Amity Justice for 38 years. He has voluntarily served 11 years as County Misdemeanor Drug Court Judge. He served as Board of Education member for both Belmont Central and Genesee Valley Central Schools. He is a member of the NYS Magistrates Association.
He resides in Belmont with his wife Patricia and has two sons – Zachariah and Jacob.

Bryan Schmelzer
As a graduate of the Genesee Valley Central School Class of 2004 Bryan is a Special Agent and Commander in the Office of Special Investigations, currently employed by the US Air Force.
He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Identification at West Virginia University, MFS Crime Scene Investigation Degree from George Washington University, Master of Public Administration Degree from University of Oklahoma and Master of Military Operational Art and Science from Air University. He was the recipient of a full tuition scholarship for Air Force ROTC at his high school graduation. He was awarded a Bronze Star Medal in 2011 for Heroism while deployed as commander in Afghanistan.
Bryan completed two deployments to the Middle East, and will serve a third starting August 2016. He also received a fellowship with the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology 2008. He resides in Chantilly, Virginia with his wife Gurpreet and has two children – Lena and Rohan.

Lu-Ann Kaye
As a graduate of the Angelica Central School Class of 1991, Lu-Ann is a Physician currently employed by Jones Memorial Hospital in Wellsville. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology at the University of Rochester and her M.D. at the University of Rochester School of Medicine.
She was the recipient of several scholarships at her high school graduation and was the Class Valedictorian. She was on the Dean’s List in college all 8 semesters and named University of Rochester Student Employee of the Year. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Kaye also served as Chief of Staff for two terms at Jones Memorial Hospital. She resides in Wellsville with her husband Gregory and has two children – Lydia and Fletcher.
