What are the protocols for students riding a bus?
Before the bus arrives, we ask parents to take the temperature of each child. Before boarding the bus in the morning a GV employee will take the temperature of every child. If any child has a temperature of 100.5 or above, they will need to stay at home that day.
- Transportation is limited in the number of riders that can be on any given run.
- Students and adults on the bus must wear masks at all times, and seats will be assigned on the first day.
- Anyone driving their child to school will remain in their cars while students’ temperatures are taken at the car.
