GV Participates in Stop DWI Mock Crash

Genesee Valley students played a key role in this year's Stop DWI mock crash event, organized by Stop DWI Allegany County to educate local juniors and seniors about the dangers of impaired driving.
Students from across the county gathered to witness a simulated crash scene, with GV students taking on roles as crash victims and first responders. Behind the scenes, students from Mrs. Slawson's theatre production class and drama club handled makeup for the crash victims and managed sound and technical production for the event.
The program offered a powerful, firsthand look at the consequences of driving impaired.
